Located in the idyllic historic Shakespearean village of Wilmcote Warwickshire and only 250 meters from Mary Ardens House, both cottages are in the ideal location to stay and explore Stratford-upon-Avon, the Cotswolds, Warwick and the surrounding areas.
Harpe Cottage is a grade 2 listed property nestled within a quite private country lane. It is reputed to be the oldest dwelling in Wilmcote dating back to circa 1405. It under went an extensive renovation programme to a very high standard in 2009, retaining all of its its original character, and architectural features.
The Cider House is a purpose built holiday home completed in April 2011. It is a reconstruction of a building known by this name dismantled in Iron Bridge some 2 years ago. Using many of the original materials, it retains the feel and charm of an old building. It is set in the grounds of Kirkside with its own private automated gated entrance.
